- To enter clients into an agency, you must first ensure that you have selected the correct agency. You do this by clicking on your profile in the top right-hand corner, and selecting the relevant agency.
- Then open the menu in the top left corner and press the agency module.
- To be able to add new clients, you must have administrator access in the agency. You should then bring up the opportunity «place client under agency agreement" top left.
- Select the client in question. Specify department if relevant.
- If it is the agency that is to be invoiced, and not the client, you tick this off.
- Press store to complete.
Access control
If you press access control in the menu on the left, you will get an overview of which access the agency's members have for each client. You define which access the user should or should not have. If you go to the bottom of the menu on the left, you will find the button called "overview«. If you click here, you will see an overview of the progress for the various clients.
